How to start a return

1. Email sinuvera@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label and instructions.
3. Drop the parcel at your nearest carrier point.
4. Once received, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Warranty replacements

Sinuvera devices are covered by a 2-year limited warranty. If your device develops a manufacturing fault, we'll replace it free of charge — just email us with a short description and a photo.

Exclusions

• Used saline sachets and replacement tips cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
• Damage caused by misuse or accidents isn't covered by warranty.
